An Act to Amend the Motor Vehicle Act

His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Motor Vehicle Act, chapter M-17 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after subsection 297(2.2) the following:

297( 2.3) Despite subsection (2), the Registrar shall not assess any points on conviction of an offence under subsection 251(1) if the motor vehicle was at the time of the offence transporting agricultural products within the Province.
